When I say this chair is exactly what I was looking for, I mean that literally. I wanted a chair that wasn't flashy looking, but had all the features that I want and this fits the bill perfectly. I'm someone who much prefers mesh office chairs to leather due to the material being more breathable! The setup was easy, thanks to clear instructions and great hardware packaging.
In terms of features, this thing is loaded. Obviously it's adjustable up and down, but the range of motion for leaning back is great too. And the lock for keeping you from tipping backwards is in a great position. The arms are adjustable up and down, AND the head rest tilts back and forth. This was a huge plus for me because I'm constantly complaining about head rest positions for other chairs. The lumbar control on the back is great for improving and keeping good posture. And finally, the chair comes with Office Oasis wheels which are by far my favorite! This chair glides so smoothly!All in all I'm very happy with my purchase. Thanks Office Oasis!
The arms, wheel base, and back frame are all made of some type of composite plastic stuff. The seat of the chair is firm but comfy. My cat has been spending more time in this chair than I have so at least it is approved by them.
The chair was ready to go pretty fast, within about 30 minutes of opening the box I'd say. It was very simple to put together. I am 6'1" tall and the chair fits me pretty well. The headrest is adjusted to the maximum/tallest setting and it works for me. Overall I think this is a pretty solid office chair that just needs more comfortable arms to really shine. I can definitely recommended this chair for sitting in for hours and hours though.
Ergonomic Mesh Office Chair
This chair is not only attractive, but it is extremely comfortable. Great customer service and wonderful product.
I've been working from home since March and needed a good office chair to use instead of an old wood chair that was too short. After ordering some Oasis wheels for my wife's office chair, I decided to order the Oasis Office Chair. I'm working on a computer more often than not and wanted something that could handle that amount of use. I've been working up to ten hours a day and didn't want to buy a cheap chair and have it fall apart.
Assembly was fairly easy and straight forward but I did have some trouble with the screws that hold the arms of the chair to the seat. One screw got stripped but luckily they give you one extra piece required for assembly in case something like that happens.
The chair feels pretty sturdy with only the chair seat wobbling back and forth a little when you roll it around. The back lumbar support is nice, the seat cushion is not too soft and not too firm and the mesh back feels premium and not cheap. Overall build quality, in terms of how sturdy it feels once assembled, is great. Some things do tend to move a little more than I'd like, such as the arms which wiggle side to side, but as a whole it's great.
One last thing. Their customer service, for a small company, is amazing. George was able to answer any questions about my order and was very nice to communicate with.
If you can, spend some extra money on this chair. You won't regret it.
