This Kit was Amazing!

The Chair Cylinder Replacement Kit was AMAZING! We were able to get our chair cylinders replaced and they have worked great ever since. We had some trouble getting our chairs taken apart, but the customer support at Office Oasis was fast and very helpful with supplementary suggestions that helped us complete the replacement process. I plan to do future business with this fantastic company.

Great Product

I am an 80 year old grandmother. I got to a certain point and the cylinder wouldn't budge. The third try with the help of a friend we got it all apart, put it together and put on the wheels and it worked perfectly. I must admit I have had my chair for at lest 15 years, so I think the original cylinder was settled in there quite firmly. I am amazed at the simple engineering involved in separating the cylinder from the chair bottom. Your engineering ingenuity was superb. My one complaint would be that the metal rings and screws seem to waste resources, even though I can recycle them here in my city. The allen wrench is well constructed & definitely reusable so that will go into my tool chest.
