Will these wheels fit my specific chair?
Our office chair wheels are the industry universal standard size and will fit almost all office chairs. The casters have a 7/16” (11mm) diameter x 7/8” (22mm) length stem. There are a few brands that use a different size stem which our wheels are not compatible with. Our wheels do not fit with IKEA chair.

Will these damage my hardwood floors?
Absolutely not! Our office chair wheels are guaranteed not to scratch, damage, or leave marks on your hardwood floors. They are constructed with soft polyurethane, which is the best protection for all hard surfaces.

Do I still need to use a plastic floor mat with these?
If you plan to use these on a hard surface or a low pile carpet, you will not need a floor mat.

If you are using these on a plush/shag carpet (thick carpeting), you may want to keep the floor mat for some extra ease of movement in your chair.

How do I remove my old wheels and install the new ones?
It’s actually very simple. Remove the old chair wheels by gripping wheel firmly and pulling stem from chair socket. Install the new chair wheels by pushing caster stem all the way into chair socket.

Will these wheels raise the height of my office chair?
Yes, our caster wheels will raise the chair height about 1 to 1-1/2 inches when compared with traditional plastic style wheels.

Best Wheels Ever! BUT..........

These wheels are so awesome, but now I can keep my husband from zooming around the office sporting these cool new wheels! He cruises the whole house as they glide so easily. If this keeps up, I may have to put him on a diet! Hands down the best wheels! Thanks for making a great product!

Totally amazed!

My hubby ordered two sets of these wheels, one for me and one for our twelve yr old son. We owned our own hardwood floor business years ago, so we hate carpet and our entire house is hardwood. We know the importance of protection for longevity and beside liquids, chairs with little to no protection between them and the floor is the biggest culprit for damage. I’m not a fan of the plastic or rubber floor mats that office chairs traditionally sit upon because it confines you to a small spot at the desk. I roll my chair from one side of the room to the other to grab supplies and use the different machines I have so I can’t be confined to one spot. The solution are these wheels. They are incredible the moment you take them out of the box. They weigh about twice as much as the traditional wheels that my chair came with, the quality is exceptional. They are extremely easy to install, You pull out your old wheels you push in the new ones. As soon as you sit in the chair and roll backwards side to side, you immediately notice the difference. They roll effortlessly, and they are almost completely silent. We could not be happier and any office chair that comes into this house moving forward. We have a set of these wheels on them before our butt even hits the chair!
