I bought this cylinder replacement kit from a local catch-all hardware department in a general store in Harrison, Arkansas in the hopes that it would fix my rapidly slumping chair. By the time I was done I was so impressed with the product and instructions that I looked it up just to come here and say something. They have every detail covered in this kit - the gloves are actually pretty nice! I kept them for working on the tractor and just got my hands greasy on this task because they were just so nice! And the tool set they just included for removing the old hydraulic piston? Seriously... it's like something you'd pay 30 bucks for at the hardware store. It's going in the barn for other future repairs now that the job is done. I actually carried it over to show my buddy after finishing the job, going 'dude! They actually included a nice tool, and it worked perfectly!' He agreed. And the instructions were obviously written by someone who has done this, a lot. They were clear and as well written as you could ever hope, not the half-way instructions you see included with stuff these days. They were just plain English and written by someone that could point out how to do it, how it would go, where it could go wrong, and how to easily work around it if that happened. And the results: 20 minutes start to finish and done. The chair is like new.
