Chair Cylinder Replacement Kit

I was wailing on my chair for several days because I didn’t want to spend the $20 for this. I wish I would have just spend the $20 instead of wasting my time and energy. It really just works.

My chair was stuck in the lowest position (from all that wailing), but I was able to force it open just enough to get the collars and bolts in. Just a small bit of effort on the vertical bolts caused the cylinder to break free.

(25+ year old Herman Miller Aeron chair. Not sure how old exactly because I got it third-hand).

I have a high-end chair that is 25 years old and the cylinder quit working. The chair manufacturer had no repair parts, so I purchased a cylinder online, but I couldn’t get the top of the cylinder to disengage from the chair. Your shaft collars did the job very quickly, and the cylinder included in the kit worked well. Very satisfied with this kit.

Firstly, I received the shipment the next business day -- even though I didn't pay for expedited shipping (from FL to MA). Next, I encountered several problems along the way with removing the cylinder and they answered my emails promptly with informative answers and extreme friendliness. I don't know how they are able to invest that much time in serving a customer with such a small purchase, but they did. My only regret is that I don't have a large purchase to make with Office Oasis: They deserve to thrive as a business based on their customer service alone.
