Great product

The kit allowed me to fix my chair, even though I have fairly little hand strength or mechanical experience. The product itself, the video, and the instructions were great.

fabulous product, fabulous company

I loved working with this company as much as enjoying my "new" refurbished office chair. The gas lift replacement kit and removal tool is awesome. Clear instructions, great video. I even upgraded to the rollerblade wheels--a must! Thank you Office Oasis.

It works!

I got this little guy after seeing it on a YouTube video about replacing the hydraulic cylinder on a chair. I really didn’t wanna go buy a pipe wrench, so I figured I’d give this a try. It arrived faster than I thought. It really does work! Here’s my tips- 1st, take a minute to glance through the instructions, I didn’t, hence the first time around, it didn’t work. 2nd, make sure the bottom collar is REALLY tight, that will help move the process along. 3rd, be patient when it comes to hammering out the shaft, and do make sure you’ve got some eye protection just in case there are any fling metal chips. Just when I thought it wasn’t gonna budge, out it came. Thanks Office Oasis for providing a convenient little tool that I can tuck away for future use versus buying a pipe wrench that would most likely sit in a tool box never to be used again!

Kit made it easy

Had tried to extract the old cylinder. Would not have been able to without the extraction tool!
